Ingredients : milk chocolate 33.3% (sugar, powdered whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: lechitins, flavouring), eggs from free-range chickens 15.4%, wheat flour 14.8%, rapeseed oil, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, ground hazelnuts 5.4%, glucose syrup, corn starch, raising agents : sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), natural hazelnut flavouring.

Maison Colibri patented its chocolate shell recipe in 1973. The classic recipe of the plain madeleine with its dark chocolate shell still exists on the shelves and is enjoyed by the greatest number. Thanks to its success, Maison Colibri wanted to expand its chocolate range with the creation of this brand new recipe. The chocolate shells are made in Maison Colibri's historical workshop. They are made with love in Pons, in Charente-Maritime. This explains why the madeleine is so soft and the chocolate so crunchy. It is this combination of these two textures that makes our recipes incredibly good and completely addictive.
