Prices and delivery times are the same for pre-orders.

 We ship the entire order as soon as all items are available. If you wish to receive part of your order, excluding pre-order items, please place 2 separate orders.

Have a gift delivered to your door

You can place an order and have it delivered wherever you like. You can select a delivery address different from the billing address. The invoice is never included in the parcel. You will find it in your personal space 'My account' and by e-mail.

If you wish to make several deliveries to different addresses, you will need to place as many orders as there are addresses. 

You can add a personalized message to your order. It is available in the shopping cart. Your message is printed on the reverse of an A6 card designated by us. Special characters are not taken into account when processing your order. 

If you're sending a gift, remember to add your personalized message so that the recipient recognizes you.

Product storage and transport

We prepare your orders in our workshop in Pons, Charente-Maritime. 

We pay great attention to the preparation and packaging of your purchases. We take great care to preserve products in optimal conditions. Items are arranged and secured by wedges in our shipping cartons to protect them from any shocks during transit. 

During the summer, to guarantee the quality and freshness of our products, we withdraw the chocolate shells from the boxed sale. During this period, we recommend that you use express delivery via Choronopost, otherwise you can find them in store.

If the recipient is absent

In order to optimize the delivery of your parcel, we suggest that you provide as many details as possible about the delivery address (door code, building, floor, presence of a janitor, etc.).

Maison Colibri cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a parcel due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient. 

In the event of absence, carriers leave a delivery notice in the letterbox, specifying whether the parcel has been left at a collection point or whether a new delivery is scheduled. 

If the carrier has not been able to leave a delivery notice, you can retrieve the tracking information using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail when your order was dispatched.
