Apricot-flavoured Madeleine with apricot filling (16.7%) and almond chips
Ingredients: Wheat flour 23.1%, rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, free-range eggs 15.1%, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, sweetened apricot puree (apricot, sugar (10%)), almond chips 5%, pastry butter (dairy) 3.6%, natural flavour, corn starch, baking powders: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, lemon juice, Ré Island fine salt, natural vanilla flavour (contains alcohol), thickener: pectin, natural apricot flavour.
Dark chocolate moulded madeleine.
Ingredients : Chocolate 33.3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lechitins), wheat flour 19.8%, eggs from free-range chickens 14.1%, sugar, pastry butter (milk) 7.3%, rapeseed oil, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, inverted sugar syrup, table salt from the Isle of Ré.
Traces of nuts and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.
Caramel madeleine filled (16.7%) with salted butter caramel and pecan bits.
Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour 21.78%, rapeseed oil, free-range eggs 19,2%, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, pecan nuts 5%, UHT sterilised cream (milk), glucose syrup, salted butter (milk) 2.2%, caramel topping (80% sugar, 20% water) 1.6%, natural caramel flavouring, cornstarch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, tapioca starch, fine salt, thickener: agar-agar, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), lemon juice.
Traces of other types of nut and soya.
