ingredients : MILK chocolate 26,7% (sugar, whole MILK powder, cacao butter, cacao paste, emulsifier : lecithins, flavouring), WHEAT flour 21,7%, EGGS from free-range chickens 15,5%, sugar, raspeseed oil, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, glucose syrup, pastry butter (MILK) 3,2%, natural vanilla flavourings (contains alcohol), inverted sugar syrup, raising agents: potassium tartrates - sodium bicarbonate, table salt from the Isle of Ré.
Traces of other nuts and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.

Our madeleines are made in Charente-Maritime. In our chocolate workshop, we perpetuate our know-how to keep the chocolate hard and crunchy. It's the combination of this crunchiness and the softness of the madeleine that makes our recipe so delicious and addictive.
